Dear visitor,
I have a bachelor in Sport and Physical Education by the University of Porto, where I did my training based in exercise and movement. Later, and inbetween work and travel, I settled for three months in Thailand, in one of the most recognized schools in Chiang Mai, to conduct advanced training in Traditional Thai massage. As I am a curious person and ever eager to acquire new knowledge, I am now finishing a bachelor in Physiotherapy.
Having already a few years of experience as a manual therapist, it is my intention to provide you some care time, helping you to improve your physical condition and consequently your mind to better endure the adventures of the day-to-day.
After a day of exploration and discovery, nothing better to relax than to apply pressure, twists and stretches that straight the body and fill you with relaxation. This massage will be an open door for your inner calm, tranquility and well-being.
I am a "caretaker" of the body and a French scientist said back in the XVIII century:
"The soul and the body are so closely linked that it would not determine the pain and pleasure without these two being involved in the same whole."
